New England 900 Worcester Sport reviews
Show was great venue is another story
In my 30+ years of attending concerts in New England and living in Las Vegas, I have seen numerous shows. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing experience I've had with concert security. I paid nearly $300 for my third-row seat, only to find myself completely surrounded by people from the upper rows. There was no seat enforcement by security in the entire area around me. When I raised this issue with Security, they informed me that the artist management had instructed them not to enforce seat assignments. I find it puzzling why there were assigned seats in the first place. To future concertgoers, my advice is to purchase the worst seat available, as you may be able to move down to the front row without any interference from security, as per what I was told. If you are going to have assigned seats, artist management, please ensure that security enforces them. A once-great show receives a big thumbs down.
